Communicate
Step into a story, play a character, invent a conversation. English comes to life through play and exchanges with the teacher.
Discover EnglishEnglish, robotics, financial education and painting, explored through play, making and experiments. With a teacher alongside them, children step into a topic, ask questions and learn as they go. At home in Ticino.
English is the first available ADAVELA experience. Robotics is coming next; financial education and painting are in development.

A story becomes a role-play. A construction sparks a question. A pretend shop invites a choice. The teacher prepares a starting point, guides discoveries and adapts the journey to the child’s ideas. Books and structured materials can support the experience without dictating every step.
Communication, logic, choices and creativity. Different ways of thinking, connected by a willingness to try.

Engineering taught her to ask how things work. Art, to see how many forms they can take. Teaching children, to understand that the starting point is different every time.
With a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering and completed master’s degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Management, Shahrzad brings together technical experience, organisation and creative practice. She taught and managed projects in an Airbus robotics programme for children in schools; today she teaches children privately in Ticino and pursues her own painting practice.
The story of ADAVELAFour examples of what might happen. Starting points to adapt, not a fixed curriculum for every child.
At four, a story becomes a game: finding pictures, making gestures and trying new words to help the main character.
At seven, a small construction does not move as expected. We inspect the wheels, change a connection and try again.
At eight, a pretend shop and a budget of tokens: buy now, save some or change your mind? Every choice opens a conversation.
At five, two colours meet. The child notices what changes and decides whether that mark becomes a place, a figure or simply a colour.

Yes. You can start with a specific interest or tell us what your child enjoys. There is no requirement to take all four programmes.
Initially, sessions take place at home in Lugano, Paradiso, Bellinzona and nearby areas by arrangement. We check materials, space and activities together before confirming.
The initial benchmark is 40–45 minutes, but duration and pace depend on age and the experience. Robotics and painting may need different time or materials, agreed in advance.
